Noteworthy Selections is dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly at your destination.

Signature Confirmation

All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. For wine orders, an Adult Signature is also required. We do not leave deliveries unattended or at the door.

Shipping Timeline

We typically ship all items within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please consider this processing time when placing your order. If you need your order by a specific date, please include this request in the notes or contact us directly before placing your order.Shipping Carriers: Most orders are shipped via UPS, or DHL Express for international deliveries. In-stock items usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing. This timeline accounts for the time required for our vendors to handcraft and ship your order. Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Ground shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, and we do not offer refunds for early or late arrivals. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or carriers.

Shipping of Non-Perishable Foods

Non-perishable items are shipped via UPS or DHL for international customers. You may choose to upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.

Shipping of Combined Packages

To avoid additional shipping costs for other items, please choose "More Shipping Methods," at checkout and you will receive a number of shipping options available to you based on your location (shipping address) per product. Here you can itemize which products you want shipped with a little less urgency (UPS Ground) and others with more urgency such as Next Day delivery.

Wine Shipping: During extreme heat or cold conditions, wine is treated as a perishable item. We recommend selecting 1-day shipping for wine orders during these months. 

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. The delivery driver's determination of package deliverability is final.

Availability to Receive Shipments

Customers must be available to receive shipments requiring signature confirmation. Failure to do so may result in delays, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges if the package is returned to us.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If you do not receive your shipment, please notify us within 3 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date. Late notifications may compromise our ability to locate the package, and claims for lost packages reported after this period will not be honored. We are not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we will investigate the issue and attempt to locate your package. If necessary, we will open a claim with the carrier and issue a refund only if the claim is granted. This process typically takes around 4 - 6 weeks (the time lag is due to the response time of shipping carriers not Noteworthy Selections).

Refund & Exchange Policy

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.

Inspection of Packages

Please inspect all delivered packages and products as soon as they arrive. If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, follow these steps:

1. Contact the Carrier: Report the issue to the carrier immediately.
2. Contact Our Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. Delays in contacting both the carrier and our team may hinder the claims process.

Important: Please retain all packaging and items exactly as they arrived for inspection.

Food Items

For food items, you have 72 hours from the date of delivery to inspect your order. If you discover that you received the wrong item, a product is missing, or an item is defective, we will:

• Send you a replacement item immediately.
• Cover all shipping costs for the replacement.

To report an issue, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order details and a description of the problem.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a cancellation or edit to your order within 24 hours of submission. Please contact our Customer Service Department to process your request.

Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only for coffee, tea, and conservas; no refunds will be issued. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service Department to initiate the exchange process.
2. Return the Item: You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item for exchange.

Note: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
